1996: Donated RMB 200,000, supporting the collaboration of "Helping the Disabled and the Poor" and the "China Disabled Persons' Federation", subsidies the disabled to purchase auxiliary supplies, conduct vocational training and develop employment opportunities; donated RMB 20,000 to renovate the "Longgang Town Shangmin Village Primary School" in Jingxi County; another donation of RMB 15,000 to support "Dahua Middle School" for a total of 60 students a year.

1997: Donated RMB 20,000 to renovate "Xinjing Town Jinlong Primary School" in Jingxi County, donated RMB 50,000 to "Tianfu Chen Fu Zhuqing Primary School", donated RMB 20,000 to "Dongpai Project Hope Primary School", donated RMB 10,000 to "Jingxi Middle School"; donated RMB 50,000 to renovate the "Golden Town Longtang School" in Mashan County; donated RMB 10,000 to support "Jingxi University" for 10 students a year. In the Rongshui County, the first junior high school "CFCF Minority Girls Class" was established, and RMB 182,000 was donated to support a total of 60 students for three years.

"Caring Pencil Action": From April to June 1998, students from more than 80 secondary schools in Hong Kong donated 110,000 pencils to convey their feelings about the care of poor primary school students in remote areas in the Mainland. These "Caring Pencils" were handed over by the CFCF volunteers to remote poverty-stricken primary schools in Guangxi, Yunnan, Gansu, Shaanxi and Hebei provinces.

The second round of "Caring Pencil Action": 16 secondary schools in Hong Kong supported the action, HK students donated HK$10 for a pair of pencils, one for the young donor and one for the remote poverty-stricken student. A total of 4,000 pcs of pencils were sold and raised HK$20,000.

1999: Donated RMB 240,000 to rebuild Rongshui County "Wood Primary School"; donated RMB 100,000 to renovate the children's primary school in Renzhuang's place in Jingxi County.

2000: Donated RMB 250,000 to rebuild Mashan County "Cooperative Primary School"; donated RMB 150,000 to rebuild Jinxiu County "Changle Village Chi Hong Primary School".

2001: Donated RMB 102,600 to support 38 students from the first high school "CFCF Minority Girls Class" for 3 years; donated RMB 44.5 million to rebuild Lipu County Chariot Club (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) CFCF Deck Primary School; donated RMB 60,000 to rebuilt Dasu Primary School in Jinxiu County. In Rongshui County, the second junior high school "CFCF Minority Girls Class" was established with a donation of RMB 180,000 to support a total of 60 students for 3 years; a donation of RMB 48,000 to support 4 female junior college students for 4 years.

2002: Donated RMB 500,000 to rebuild "Rongshui CFCF Special Education School" in Rongshui County and donated RMB 108,000 to purchase teaching equipment and support teacher training; donated RMB 10,000 per year, and set up operation subsidy fund for special education school for seven consecutive years. Through CFCF Disaster Relief Program, donated RMB 100,000 to rebuild the "CFCF Liuyang New Village" in Lipu County, Guangxi.

2003: Annual donation of RMB 6,000 (for 11 consecutive years), a total of RMB 66,000, to establish the "Chariot Club Deck Primary School Scholarship" in Lipu County, Guangxi; donation of RMB 260,000 to rebuild the "CFCF Taozhuang Primary School" in Ping'an Township, Gongcheng County . Donated RMB 78,000 to support a total of 13 female college students for 3 years. Donated RMB 28,000 to purchase language training equipment for special education schools.

2004: Established the third junior high school "CFCF Minority Girls Class" in Rongshui County, donated RMB 183,000 to support 60 students for 3 years; donated RMB 141,000 to fund the second high school "CFCF Minority Girls Class" with a total of 47 students for 3 years.
