Belgium Days 2024 比利時節2024

A Charity Art Collaboration 慈善藝術聯乘

The Smurfs x William Kan

Belgium is renowned for its rich arts and culture, especially its comics. The beloved comic character "The Smurfs," which originated in Belgium, represents a community of 100 elves, each with unique personalities, traits, and talents. Through mutual respect and tolerance, we can cultivate a global village filled with love and harmony.

The "Love with Smurfs" charity art event, taking place at Lee Tung Avenue in mid-November, will be a highlight of Belgium Days. Hundreds of children in Hong Kong will have the opportunity to create their very own "Smurf," fostering love and care for disadvantaged communities.

Event highlights:

We are honored to welcome the renowned local artist and animation film director, Mr. William Kan, who will showcase his new design for "The Smurfs" — LOVEFY. Additionally, art teachers will conduct workshops to celebrate Belgium's artistic heritage, inspire creativity in the younger generation, and encourage children to design their own unique "Smurf."
